Very lovely experience and excellent value for money. Air-conditioned hotel, the food is awesome and I loved ideal location. Spacious double and spacious double rooms, big beds. Friendly communication with the staff, they are nice. Lots of food at breakfast, including pastries and fresh bread.

Happy staff, cosy location & great restaurant. The staff did all they can for a fab stay. Breakfast was outstanding, fresh bread and pastries - all cheap. Nicely appointed hotel, nice service.

I enjoyed that the reception was stylish. Rooms were reasonably priced, luxurious and recently decorated. They made my stay wonderful. A short walk to the excellent beach.

Recommend it. All in all, it was lovely base for travelling to Barrow-in-Furness. Also, it had parking on site👌

we loved roosecote from the moment we entered. when we came, the host met us and was friendly. a 15-minute walk will take you to old smithy, where you can eat.

We recommend it to those visiting Barrow-in-Furness. We stayed in a classic twin room with TV with satellite channels, ironing facilities and a writing desk.
